What I cannot
I am not the château and I am not a tour operator, so I cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Bookings made through the links here live with GetYourGuide, and your confirmation email has the route to their support. For the château itself — group rates, accessibility arrangements, anything on the day — go to its own site, which is linked in the footer of every page.
